Three classic Mario games are coming to Nintendo Online

Nintendo will be adding three Mario games from the Game Boy platform to the Nintendo Online service.
Mario fans will have the opportunity to experience three more games from the Game Boy platform this week by subscribing to Switch Online. Nintendo has confirmed in its new announcement that starting Tuesday, March 12, 2024, three Dr. Mario games from Game Boy will be added, along with Mario Golf and Mario Tennis from Game Boy Color, to the Nintendo Switch Online service.
In Dr. Mario, players must help Mario eliminate all viruses in each stage by dropping colored pills and finally completing the stage by matching colors. On the other hand, Mario Golf offered the first golf experience with series characters and was developed by Camelot Software Planning. The game includes a unique story mode with role-playing features that allow players to choose from four characters: Joe, Sherry, Kid, or Azalea, and compete with them.

Mario Tennis is a game released in 2001 and is similar to Mario Golf, taking players to exciting tennis competitions. Instead of focusing on power shots, the game emphasizes gameplay and challenges players to rise in Mario Tour story mode.
Nintendo offers Game Boy and Game Boy Color games to subscribers as part of the standard Switch Online service. The subscription costs for three months, six months, and one year are $4, $8, and $20, respectively.
